If you've been following me for awhile, you know that I LOVE movement, and I absolutely LOVE moving on my rebounder. I love that it is non-impact, works to wake up my lymphatic system, tones every single muscle in my body and has completely strengthened my pelvic floor. I have had this revbounder for 3 years, have traveled with it nd use it daily and it is still in perfect condition.  I could not possibly love it more, or recommend it more highly!! 

YES, I have tried them all.  I have a drawer full of ankle weights I do not use bc they slipped, fell off, were too bulky and were just plain uncomfortable.  I have the very expensive ones and cheap ones too. This brand makes the best pair by FAR, they are so comfy, stay securely on without slipping, come in all sizes and are fairly priced.  I have them in 2, 3 and 5lbs and use them ALL. Could not recommend these more!  

I have several pairs of hand weights and I have never loved a pair more.  These are pricier than my other hand weights but I do believe they are worth it. The weight is solid smooth and easy to hold, the shape  allows you to use more fluid movements and I feel even though it is only 3lbs, because the weight is concentrated in the center, it feels a lot heavier than 3lbs.  I switched from my 5lb weights to these after I tried them and these are so much more challenging for me. LOVE them. PS: don't get the nude color (trust me that shape in the color of flesh is not the look you are going for if you know what I mean). :)

Ive been using these drops for almost 3 years and I have never loved a self tanner more. I use the dark bc I want the most bang for my buck & I can always use less. I love that you can use them with any lotion or oil, that you can adjust them for how tan you want to be.   No smell, no streaks, I could go on and on!!

BUMPS BE GONE!!! I have lived with bumps on the back of my arms for as long as I can remember, I have tried it ALL, scrubs, laser, exfoliation, oils, lotions and every DIY potion under the sun.  NOTHING ever worked until I found this body serum and it changed my LIFE!!  Truly, I will not ever go without this product again.  I only use one pump per day so it lasts about two months!. 

Smoothest skin of my LIFE.  My skin has been crocodile dry my whole life and truly not a single thing has ever changed that for any length of time.  Until my friend Dara told me about this oil.  It is the PERFECT complement to the body serum from necessarie.  This smooths and hydrates my skin like not a single thing ever has and it seems to heal it, like redness gone, dryness gone, just silky smooth skin that lasts until I shower and even out of a shower before I put it on, my skin is STILL silky soft.  AMAZING!!!

I couldn't love this tinted primer more.  It is the perfect coverage for everyday wear but can be layered for more if needed.  It hydrates, gives the dewiest (but not shiny) finish. The media color is everyone's fave and its is sold out a lot.  I buy the light and deep color and mix it.  Love doing it this way bc on days I use self tanner, my skin is a touch darker so I can customize it! 

I have used this daily for over a decade.  I have very red eyelids, so this eliminates the red color while acting as a primer that holds on tight to any shadow I put on.  I wear it alone most days and absolutely love the matte taupe color. A hands down all time fave. 

I love illuminators and don't love a lot of glitter.;  This illuminator is new to me this year and I just absolutely love it.  It is subtle, not sticky at all and imparts SUCH a beautiful candle lit glow. 

If I had 1 favorite product to talk about this year for my overall health, wellness  and beauty, this would be it.  Simply inulin delivers pre-biotic fiber in its purest most simple form. I have tried other inulin powders but the only results that came from those were tons of bloating, pain and gas.  Nothing I have tried worked like simply inulin for keeping me regular, clearing my mind and skin and taking away my bloat that I had thought because I am in my mid-forties,  I was stuck with forever.  I started slow (adding a 1/2 tsp every few days) until I reached a level that got everything moving, but no longer had the initial gurgle in my tummy.  Simply Inulin has changed my gut forever and I will never be without it!

After falling in love with simply inulin, I decided to try the h20inulin and was absolutely  smitten.  I add 1 tsp to my lemon water every morning as I am working out. I  love the amazing hydration benefits it delivers without all of the crazy additives that usually come with any electrolyte drink or product on the market.  

This is just two ingredients... pure electrolytes and inulin, that's IT!  

This year, I made a major shift in how I eat, which made a major shift in how I feel.  One of those shifts came after meeting Sally (the actual Tahini Goddess) who educated me so much on the benefits of fatty acids in our Daily eating. I started slowly adding more healthy fats into my diet, and one of my favorites was Tahini. Sally makes her Tahini the old fashioned way, with only the BEST ingredients.  I have never ever tasted anything like her Tahini.  It adds richness to dressings, soups and sauces.  It is amazing drizzled over toast or pizza...truly it makes anything and everything better.  How did adding Tahini into my diet change how I feel? For me it was that I wasn't just full after each meal, I was satiated. I hadn't felt satisfied, satiated in that way in a very long time. 

OK so I have had curling irons that range from $29-$450 and NONE of them, not one creates curls that last like this one does, and none of them have lasted as long! Yes, your curls will be crazy prom my on day one, but you sleep in them, brush them out and they are perfect relaxed beach wave that lasts me at least 5 days but could go more. Truly the best I have used and because I only use it once per week,  has not damaged my hair at all. The BEST! 

I mean, does anybody really NEED another make-up brush?  I certainly didn't think I did, but (and I know this is silly) I really wanted this brush bc I loved how it looked.  So I bought it and didn't realize how quickly it would become my go to for so many things! You can use its narrow side for contouring or for very precise application of blush which I LOVE, but turn it on its horizontal side and it can cover larger areas like your whole neck and chest with bronzer!  so basically what I am saying is that she is gorgeous and sexy and looks great on your make-up counter but she ain't just going to sit around and look pretty, this girl gets to WERK!! 

I'm obsessed with Gua Sha!  The  ancient art/technique of facial massage that sculpts, re-invigorates and de-stresses the muscle and tissue of the face neck and jaw. I use this tool in the shower daily! The comb edge on this one is a game changer.  I love how smooth it is, how there are so many different angles to it.  I use it do de-puff under eyes, to relieve tension in my neck and jaw and so much more.  I do it in the shower bc it is just easy to do right after I wash my face and I always feel like after the shower or before bed, I already have too many steps in my routine to add more so I tend to skip it.  This way, I just sped a few minutes a day and I am set.
