These are my fave!  They make anything you do whether it is walking outside or doing yoga in your living room, these take your workout next level! 

This is a great tool to have for class and for at  home workouts and travel. There are many out there, I love the resistance of this one and the fact that it's latex free. 

Pushups, core work, planks. lunges, these babies will make it all more challenging! 

Love the handles on these weights, they make you feel so much more secure when doing large range of motion moves!

These bars are not cheap, but they are by far my favorite hand weights.  I love them bc the weight is concentrated in the center, even though they are just 3 lbs, they feel like 5.  If you feel like a splurge, these are great but not necessary.  quick note, I love all of the colors except sand, that color is quite fleshy looking if you know what I mean ;)

These are actually cotton baby diapers but they. make the BEST sweat or even dish towels. LOVE!
